If you are interested in having a stall at one of our markets please read this page, and our links, very carefully.

If you would like a stall you must first read SCM’s:
These documents will indicate the sort of stalls we are looking for.
It really is essential that you read them. If your products do not align with the market values you won’t be successful.
2 E.O.I
The next step is filling in our 2025 expression of interest form.
Even if you have applied before, you will need to fill our form in every year.
This is your opportunity to tell us what you do, how you do it - and why you do it. Be clear - and share images / links to your work where possible.
3 Long form
The volunteer market committee read through every single application (350+ per year).
If you meet our stallholder requirements (see market values) we will ask you to fill in our long form.
We’ll ask to see your Public Liability insurance here, so have it ready.
4 Pay
After filling in our long form, you are on our ‘approved traders’ list. You aren’t booked in for a market just yet.
When there is a space for you we’ll send the date and a payment link.
When you have paid, you’re in!
Please note, we are a market run entirely by volunteers, alongside our day jobs and other commitments.
We will do our best to accommodate you, though please bear in mind, we only operate four markets a year and demand is high. We cannot give individual feedback on applications.
